Kenner is an award winning pitmaster, barbecue judge, teacher, and barbecue eating extraordinaire.

His journey into cooking and the world of barbecue began when he was a child. Growing up in Texas he has fond memories of cooking with his father and Nana as he developed a love of smoking meats low and slow. As he traveled and ate throughout all the great BBQ regions, he developed his own unique style to share with you.
